110 armed forces personnel get honorary commission
DHAKA, Dec 15, 2018 (BSS) – A total of 110 armed forces personnel, including 90 from Bangladesh Army and 20 from Bangladesh Navy, were granted honorary commission and promotion today on the occasion of the Victory Day.
A total of 33 honorary lieutenants of Bangladesh Army were commissioned to the rank of honorary captain while 57 master warrant officers of the army were commissioned to the rank of honorary lieutenant, said an ISPR press release here.
Besides, 20 master chief petty officers of the Bangladesh Navy were promoted to the rank of honorary sub lieutenant.
