Victory festival begins tomorrow
DHAKA, Dec 12, 2018 (BSS) – The victory festival will begin on Central
Shaheed Minar premises amid much enthusiasm and fanfare tomorrow.
Like previous years, the Sammilita Sangskritik Jote is organising the
festival at eight venues simultaneously in the capital city.
National Professor Anisuzzaman, Eminent Journalist Kamal Lohani, Cultural
Personality Hasan Imam, Archeologist Dr Enamul Haque, among others, will take
part in the inaugural function of the festival.
The festival will feature discussion, solo and corus songs regarding the
Liberation War, recitation, street drama and paying rich tribute to the
martyrs of the Liberation War and Language Movement.
