DHAKA, Jan 02, 2018 (BSS) – Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim yesterday said there is no alternative to ‘Boat’ as an election symbol for further development of the country.
“Unprecedented successes were made in the last nine years at the regime of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina so that there is no alternative to ‘Boat’ in the upcoming polls,” he was speaking at an extended meeting with local Awami League (AL) leaders at his Sirajganj residence.
Kazipur Upazila AL President Sawkat Hossain presided over the meeting.
Nasim said the election would be held as per the constitutions of the country like other democratic states.
