CPB announces 30-point election manifesto
DHAKA, Dec 01, 2018 (BSS) – Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) today announced a 30-point election manifesto in the light of ‘Vision-Liberation War 71’.
CPB President Muzahidul Islam Selim revealed the election manifesto at a press conference at their party office.
CPB has submitted 75 nomination papers for contesting in the upcoming general election to be held on December 30.
Selim said, “We will restore the spirit of Liberation War through implementing 30-point election manifesto”.
The basic principles of the 1972 constitution will be established through implementing Vision-Liberation War 71.”
Highlighting the 30-point of election manifesto, he said the election manifesto will reflect hopes and aspiration of rural people as it has been prepared incorporating to eradicate poverty as well as create employment opportunities.
CPB Vice-President Kazi Sazzad Zahir Chandan and other senior leaders, among others, were present at the press conference.
