JU Govt and Politics Dept wins inter Dept football tournament
SAVAR, Nov 27, 2018 (BSS) – The Government and Politics Department of
Jahangirnagar University (JU) became champion in the ‘Inter Department
Football Tournament-2018″ defeating Pharmacy Department by 2-0 goals.
The final match of the tournament was held at the central playground of
the university in the afternoon.
Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Farzana Islam was present as the chief
guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
Presided over by Convener of the Tournament Managing Committee Prof Bashir
Ahmed, JU Pro-VC (Administration) Prof Md Amir Hussain and Treasurer Prof
Sheikh Md Monzurul Huq were present as special guests, among others.
