DHAKA, Nov 27, 2018 (BSS) – Tomorrow is the last date for submission of nomination forms for the 11th parliamentary election scheduled to be held on December 30.
Nomination seekers can collect the forms from returning or assistant returning officers and submit it within 5 pm tomorrow.
Nomination seekers for the first time can submit their forms online.
Candidates have been asked not to start their election campaign before December 10 as the election symbols won’t be allocated before that time.
Candidates cannot make any show down before December 10.
“Candidates will have to follow the election code of conduct while collecting and submitting the nomination forms,” Secretary of Election Commission Helaluddin Ahmed told BSS.
“Maximum five persons can accompany the candidates while going to the returning officer’s for collecting or submitting forms,” he added.
