Arms, ammo recovered in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Nov 22, 2018 (BSS)-Members of Border Guard Bangladesh
(BGB) recovered two pistols, three magazines and 13 rounds of bullet from
Raghabbati area under Shibganj upazila in the district this morning.
BGB sources said, acting on a tip off, a team of the BGB raided the
aforesaid area around 4:30 am and saw a man coming from the Indian side.
As the BGB members challenged him, he fled away leaving behind a bag. After
searching the bag, the BGB found the US made pistols and ammunition.
Later, the arms and ammunition were deposited with Shibganj police station.
