Programmes to celebrate Eid-e-Miladunnabi in Jamalpur
JAMALPUR, Nov 20, 2018 (BSS)- Islamic Foundation has taken a two-day
programmes to celebrate Eid-e-Miladunnabi, the day of birth and death
anniversaries of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SM), in the district tomorrow.
The programmes include ‘Khatme Quran’ (recitation of the holy Quran),
discussion meeting, milad and doa mahfil and Islamic cultural competition.
The cultural competition was held at Upazila Model Resource Center in
Kacharipara area of the town today, Islamic Foundation sources said.
Deputy Director of Islamic Foundation Md Abdur Razzak said ‘Khatme Quran’
and discussion meeting will be held at Model Resource Center while milad and
doa mahfil at Kachari Shahi Mosque in the town tomorrow.
Local Islami scholars will take part in the discussion, he added.
