Three killed in southwest India during disposal of unusable explosives

NEW DELHI, Nov. 20, 2018 (BSS/XINHUA) – Three persons were killed and
around 10 injured in south-western India, when unusable explosives, which
were being disposed off by a group of security personnel, suddenly exploded
on Tuesday.

The incident occurred in south-western state Maharashtra’s Wardha district,
near an ordinance depot.

According to the preliminary reports, those dead were the local villagers.
The sound of the explosions was such that it was heard by the locals many
kilometers away. Further reports are awaited.
