Ershad collects nomination paper for Dhaka-17 constituency
DHAKA, Nov 18, 2018 (BSS) – Jatiya Party (JP) today collected nomination
paper on behalf of JP Chairman Hussein Muhammad Ershad to contest in the
upcoming 11th parliamentary election from Dhaka-17 constituency.

Chisti collected the nomination paper of Ershad from Assistant Returning
Officer in city’s Kachukhet area, a JP press release said here.
“Ershad won from Dhaka-17 constituency in the 9th parliamentary election
with a margin of nearly one and a half lakh votes… He has enormous
popularity in this constituency as he made massive development in this
constituency,” Chisti told newsmen.
“The interview of nomination seekers of JP for contesting the 11th
parliamentary polls will be given from Tuesday morning, he added.
Ershad led- Nomination Board will take the interview of the aspirants at
the Emmanuelles Convention Auditorium in city’s Gulshan area.
JP Banani Thana President Mustafizur Rahman and Gulshan Thana Secretary
General Abdus Sattar, among others, were present during the nomination
collection.
