LGRD ministry gets new Senior secretary and secretary
DHAKA, Nov 13, 2018 (BSS) – Rural Development and Cooperatives Division
(RDCD) secretary Golam Faruk has joined as senior secretary of Local
Government Division (LGD) while Director General (DG) of the National Academy
for Planning and Development (NAPD) Md Kamal Uddin Talukder joined as
Secretary of RDCD of LGRD and Cooperatives ministry, said an official release
this afternoon.
Golam Faruk joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (administration) in 1983
while Kamal Talukder started his career as a member of seventh batch of BCS
(admin) on February 15 in 1988.
Talukder was promoted to the secretary rank of RDCD under LGRD and
Cooperatives Ministry on September 18, 2018, the release added.
