Kamal Talukder joins as RDCD secretary
DHAKA, Nov 12, 2018 (BSS) – Director General (DG) of the National Academy for Planning and Development (NAPD) Md Kamal Uddin Talukder today joined as Secretary of Rural Development and Cooperatives Division (RDCD), said an official release.
A member of seventh batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (administration), Kamal Talukder served in different capacities starting as the assistant commissioner (AC) at Kachua upazila of Chandpur district on February 15 in 1988.
During his 30-year career in administration, he served in different important positions with outstanding performance. He imparted training from various national and international institutions both home and abroad.
Father of two sons, Talukder has been promoted to the secretary of the RDCD under LGRD and Cooperatives Ministry on September 18 in 2018, the release also said.
