Jubo League founding anniversary observed in Netrakona
NETRAKONA, Nov 11, 2018 (BSS)- The 46th founding anniversary of Jubo
League (JL), youth wing of ruling Awami League, was observed here today.
Marking the day, Netrakona district unit of JL chalked out various
programmes like cutting of cake, discussion, colourful procession, lighting
of candles, doa and milad mahfil in line of the central programmes of the
organisation.
In the morning, a colorful rally led by JL district unit convenor Masud
Khan Jony and its joint convenor Jamiul Islam Khan Jami was brought out in
the district town as part of the programmes. A large number of workers and
leaders of JL Netrakona district unit joined the rally.
Besides, a discussion was also held at its district unit office in Chotto
Bazaar area with Masud Khan Jony in the chair.
It was addressed, among others, by chairman of Netrakona Zila Parishad
Prasanta Kumar Ray, Organising Secretary of Awami League (AL) Netrakona
district unit Professor Bazon Sarker, its Publicity Secretary Zillur Rahman
Numan, joint convenors of JL Netrakona district unit Jamiul Islam Khan Jami
and Dewan Roni.
Earlier, a cake- cutting ceremony was held at the district office.
