PROMOTION-SECRETARY
Two promoted to secretary, three acting sec
DHAKA, Oct 8, 2018 (BSS) – The government has promoted two officials to
secretary and three others to acting secretary.
The public administration ministry today issued a gazette notification in
this regard, said a press release.
Acting Secretary to Family Education and Family Welfare Division GM
Salehuddin has been promoted to secretary of the same Division while acting
Secretary to the Finance Division Abdur Rouf Talukder has also been promoted
to its secretary.
Besides Director General of the National Muktijoddha Council M Mizanur
Rahman has been made acting Secretary to the Ministry of Textiles and Jute
while Additional Secretary to the Public Security Division Jyotirmoy Dutta
has been made Chairman of the Bangladesh Tariff Commission with the status of
secretary.
Apart from this, Director General of the Department of Women Affairs Kazi
Roushan Akhter has been made Rector of the BCS Administration Academy with
the status of Secretary.
On the other hand, Senior Secretary to the Parliament Secretariat Dr. M
Abdur Rob Hawlader and Secretary to the Health Services Division M Serajul
Haque Khan have been made Officers-on-special Duty since both of them are on
PRL.
