35 bundles CI sheet distributed in Mymensingh
MYMENSINGH, Nov 6, 2018 (BSS)- Department of Disaster and Relief Management today distributed 135 bundles CI sheet (corrugated iron) among the poor, destitute and widows of Muktagacha upazila in the district.
Lawmaker Salahuddin Ahamed formally distributed the 135 bundles of CI sheet among the listed poor and destitute people at a function in the upazila parisad auditorium as the chief guest.
The lawmaker also distributed five sewing machines among the trained female youths of the upazila at the same venue.
The chief guest said the present government under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been working restlessly for the wellbeing of poor and destitute people.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shubarna Sarker and PIO Shreajul Islam Siddiquee were present, among others.
