One held with 1,275 yaba tablets in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGAN, Nov 05, 2018 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-5 arrested an alleged illegal drug peddler with 1,275 pieces of Yaba tablet from a mango orchard at Shajahanpur under Chapainawabganj sadar upazila this afternoon.
The arrested is M Shahjahan Ali, 35, of Shajahanpur area.
RAB said acting on a tip off, an operation team of RAB from Chapainawabganj camp raided the area and arrested Shahjahan with the yaba tablets worth Tk. 3,82,500.
Later, the arrested person was handed over to Sadar thana police.
