Novartis pays 20pc dividend to shareholders
DHAKA, Oct 31, 2018 (BSS) – Multinational pharmaceuticals company Novartis
Bangladesh has paid dividend for Fiscal Year (FY)-2017 to Bangladesh Chemical
Industries Corporation (BCIC) and 40 percent of its shareholder.
Managing Director of Novartis (Bangladesh) Dr Riad Mamun Prodhani handed
over the dividend cheque to BCIC Chairman Shah Md Aminul Haq in a ceremony at
BCIC Headquarters, said a press release here today.
Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited approved 20 percent cash dividend during the
45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 11, 2018.
