DHAKA, Oct 28, 2018 (BSS) – Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman Hussein Muhammad Ershad today said his party wants a free, fair and acceptable election with the participation of all political parties.

“We want a free, fair and acceptable election with participation of all political parties. Jatiya Party is an election-oriented party as it is not possible to bring out alternation in state power without a participatory election,” he said.

“We want to change the fate of the people of our country by winning the upcoming election,” he said, adding if political parties participate in the election, Jatiya Party will take part in the polls under leadership of Awami League-led 14-party alliance though the party has the preparation to provide candidates for 300 constituencies.”

He urged all to vote for the plough, the election symbol of Jatiya Party.

Referring to the present position of his party in Nabinagar, he informed that it (Nabinagar) is the strongest fort of Jatiya Party and none can create crack in the position.
