RAJSHAHI, Oct 28, 2018 (BSS) – Another case has been lodged against Barrister Moinul Hossain, a leader of the newly formed Jatiya Okya Front, here today.
Zakiya Parveen Swapna, Vice-president of city unit of Juba Mohila League, lodged the case with the Metropolitan Magistrate Court-2 this noon.
On behalf the plaintiff, Advocate Ismat Ara confirmed the issue. She said Judge of the court Mahabubur Rahman took the case into cognizance and issued summon of appearing Barrister Moinul in the court on January 15 next.
Quoting the submitted complain Advocate Ismat Ara says Barrister Moinul’s abusive comment to journalist Masuda Bhatty humiliated whole womenfolk and defamed them badly.
