Tokyo stocks close lower
TOKYO, Oct 26, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – Tokyo stocks closed lower Friday as
Chinese shares tumbled and with concerns lingering over the global economy.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index, which opened higher, lost 0.40 percent, or
84.13 points, to close at 21,184.60 while the broader Topix index was down
0.31 percent, or 4.91 points, at 1,596.01.
