JS body for pre-paid power meter in railway houses in Ctg
DHAKA, Oct 24, 2018 (BSS)-The Parliamentary Standing Committee on the
Ministry of Railways in a meeting today recommended taking steps to bring all
residential houses of railway’s Chattogram area under pre-paid electric meter
system to reduce power costs.
It also recommended construction of separate office-barrack for railway
police when new rail station building will be constructed in future, said a
media release.
Committee chairman ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury chaired the meeting while
members of the committee railways minister Md Mujibul Haque, Muhammad Mizanur
Rahman, Md Sirajul Islam Molla, Mohammad Noman, Yasin Ali and Fatema Zohra
Rani attended it.
