Book compiling poems on Sheikh Hasina to be launched tomorrow
DHAKA, Oct 23, 2018 (BSS) – A book compiling poems on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is set to be unveiled tomorrow at a function in Bangla Academy’s Abdul Karim Auditorium tomorrow.
The book titled “Peace and Harmony” is a compilation of poems by 71 renowned poets while Jatiya Sangshad Speaker Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chaudhaury will launch it at the ceremony to be joined by Law Minister Anisul Huq as the chief guest.
Professor Panna Kaiser will chair the ceremony.
“The publication ceremony will be held coinciding with Sheikh Hasina’s 71th birth anniversary,” said member secretary of the book publication ceremony committee Anis Mohammad, who translated the poems in English.
Dhanshiri Publications is publishing the book.
