Manikganj, Oct 21, (BSS) – Zahid Maleque, MP, State Minister for Health and Family Welfare, said people of the country would cast their votes in favour of Awami League as the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is implementing development projects across the country.
“The people of the country are enjoying the benefits of the development and Awami League should be reelected in the upcoming election for the continuation of the development pace,” he said.
The State Minister said these while addressing the opening ceremony a bridge over the river Dhaleshwari near Aurangabad village in Betila-Mitora Union under Manikganj Sadar upazila today as the chief guest.
The meeting was addressed among others by SM Ferdous, Deputy Commissioner, Manikganj, Advocate Golam Mohiuddin, Chairman, Zilal Parishad, Manikganj, Naima Naznin Naz, Executive Engineer, LGED, Manikganj and local Awami League leaders.
The newly opened bridge will ease communication among Krishnapur and Betila-Mitora union of Manikganj Sadar upazila and Bayra union of Singair upazila of the district.
