DHAKA, Dec 19, 2017 (BSS)- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and grief at the death of parliament member of Gaibandha-1 (Sundargonj) constituency Golam Mostafa Ahmed.
Golam Mostafa Ahmed died this morning at the Dhaka Combined Military Hospital (CMCH) where he was undergoing treatment after receiving serious injuries in a road accident in Tangail on November 18 last.
The prime minister recalled the contribution of the elderly leader in the politics and said Awami League has lost an honest leader at his death.
She prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.
