Afghan airstrikes kill 2 militants in Parwan province
CHARIKAR, Afghanistan, Oct 13, 2018 (BSS/XINHUA) – Afghan airstrikes killed
two Taliban militants in Bagram district in north of Kabul on Friday,
provincial police spokesman said on Saturday.
Two Taliban insurgents, according to Mohammad Salim Nuri, were planting a
mine on a road in Bagram district on Friday evening to target security
personnel while the fighting aircrafts struck them and killed both on the
spot.
Bagram district 50 km north of Kabul is the main base of U.S. military
stationed in Afghanistan.
