JS body for monitoring service quality of US-Bangla Airlines
DHAKA, Oct 08, 2018 (BSS) – Parliamentary Standing Committee on Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry today suggested the Civil Aviation Authority for taking necessary measures to monitor the service quality of the US-Bangla, a private airlines of the country.
The recommendation was made at the 40th meeting of the committee with its chairman Muhammad Faruk Khan in the chair at Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban here, said an official release here.
Committee members Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shajahan Kamal, Professor Md Ali Ashraf, Md Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, Kamrul Ashraf Khan, Md Aftab Uddin Sarker and Sabiha Nahar Begum attended the meeting.
The committee asked the Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry to take steps to cancel the license of the Hajj agencies indulged in irregularities.
It also urged the ministry to accomplish the projects being implemented under the ministry within the stipulated time.
