Case filed against former chief justice Sinha over corruption
DHAKA, Oct 01, 2018 (BSS) – A case has been filed against former Chief Justice SK Sinha over misuse of power and corruption.
Barrister Nazmul Huda, also a former BNP minister and president of the Bangladesh Nationalist Alliance, filed the case with Shahbag Police Station on September 27, officer-in-charge of the police station Abul Hasan told BSS this evening.
The case was transferred to the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) as it was congruous with relevant laws and investigation procedure of ACC.
