Dhaka, Aug, 19, 2018 (BSS)-The ministries of industries, agriculture, youth and sports and finance got new secretaries or acting secretaries, according to a government circular issued here today.
It said Youth and Sports Secretary Md Asadul Islam was shifted to the Financial Institutions Division under the Finance Ministry, while Director General of Governance Innovation Unit (GIU) of Prime Minister’s Office Md Abdul Halim was transferred as acting secretary of the Industries Ministry.
On the other hand, Industries Secretary Muhammad Abdullah was transferred to the Youth and Sports Ministry and Banagladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) Chairman (Additional Secretary) Md Nasiruzzaman was made acting secretary of the Agriculture Ministry.
