Nasrin SA, FC Brahmanbaria split point
DHAKA, May 31, 2021 (BSS) – Nasrin Sports Academy and FC Brahmanbaria split point when their match ended in a 2-2 goal draw in the Women’s Football League held today at Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
After the barren first half, Shopna Akter finally broke the deadlock scoring the first goal for Nasrin SA in the 49th minute while Kursia Jannat doubled the lead scoring the second goal for Nasrin in the 54th minute of the match.
FC Brahmanbaria however staged a brilliant fight back in the remaining proceeding as Munmun Akter pulled one back in the 75th minute of the match while Munni Akter restored the parity scoring the second goal for FC Brahmanbaria in the 90+8th minute of the match.
With the day’s outcome, FC Brahmanbaria secured eight points from five matches while Nasrin SA collected seven points playing the same number of matches.
