President mourns death of Bajitpur Upazila chairman Sarwar Alam
DHAKA, May 8, 2021 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Md Sarwar Alam, chairman of Bajitpur Upazila Parshad of Kishoregnaj district.
In a condolence message, the head of state prayed for eternal peace of departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sarwar Alam breathed his last at a private hospital in the capital early today at the age of 55.
He had been suffering from kidney and diabetics diseases from long.
Alam left behind his wife, three sons, a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
