3 bakeries fined in city for making , selling unhygienic foods
DHAKA, April 29, 2021 (BSS)- A mobile court of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) today fined three bakeries in separate police stations under Mohammadpur, Hazaribagh and Kamrangirchar areas of the capital for making and selling food items in unhygienic and dirty environment.
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-2) Assistant Police Superintendent (ASP)Abdullah Al Mamun confirmed it.
Executive magistrate of RAB headquarters Palash Kumar Basu led the operation.
RAB-2 ASP Mamun said being informed, a team of RAB-2 under the direction of RAB Executive Magistrate Palash conducted the drive from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm today and fined the bakeries.
The authority of Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) helped the mobile court to run its operation.
