JHENAIDAH, April 22, 2021 (BSS) – Rice and money from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s fund were distributed among helpless and jobless people in the town this morning.
The people, helpless and jobless in the ongoing lockdown got the relief materials .
Around 1000 people who were hit hard in the lockdown got rice and money in a function held at Bir Shreshtha Hamidur Rahman Stadium in the town.
Each people got 10 kilograms of rice and TK 200 as PM Hasina’s gift in the function.
Deputy Commissioner Mojibar Rahman, Additional Deputy Commissioner Selim Reza, municipality mayor Sydul Karim Mintoo, Sadar upazila Chairman Advocate Abdur Rashid and Upazila Nirbahi Officer S M Shahin were present among others.
