Ati-liberation forces won’t be allowed to rise further: Rezaul

DHAKA, March 30, 2021 (BSS) – Fisheries and Livestock Minister SM Rezaul Karim today said that anti-liberation forces will not be allowed to rise further in the soil of Bangladesh.

“Some Razakars of ’71 are creating instability in the country under various names. Islam does not believe in violence, terrorism or militancy, neither do we Bangladeshis support those who stir unnecessary chaos to break the harmony of the country,” he told the inaugural function of the Naval Rally, 2021 at Mill Barrack Naval Jetty in Gandaria here.

The function was organized by the Central Executive Committee of Bangladesh Awami Matsyajibi League, Dhaka marking Bangabandhu’s birth centenary and the country’s golden jubilee of independence.

Rezaul said Prophet (pbuh) made exaggeration forbidden in religion, but some unruly and communal forces in the name of Islam want to take Bangladesh to a new state of instability.

The minister called upon the leaders and activist of the organization to build resistance wherever there is criticism of Bangabandhu’s ideology, Sheikh Hasina’s leadership and the spirit of the liberation war.

President of Bangladesh Awami Matsyajibi League Mohammad Sayidur Rahman presided over the function.
