Mother, daughter electrocuted in Bogura
BOGURA, March 21, 2021 (BSS) – A mother and her six-year-old daughter died
after being electrocuted at Poshchim Alohali village under Dhupchanchia
upazila here today.
The deceased were identified as Papia Khatun, 36, and her daughter Sonali,
6, residents of the aforesaid village.
Police said Papia and her daughter were electrocuted this afternoon when
they were taking bathe in a water pump, said Hasan Ali, Officer-in-Charge of
Dhupchanchia police station.
They were taken to Dhupchanchia Upazila Health Complex where on duty doctor
declared them dead.
