Indian commerce secretary meets Salman F. Rahman
DHAKA, March 7, 2021 (BSS) – Indian Commerce Secretary Anup Wadhawan today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman Fazlur Rahman at Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) office.
Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Vikram Kumar Doraiswami was present on the occasion, said a press release.
During the meeting, they discussed strengthening and extending bilateral trade ties.
Issues including enhancing communication among people of the both countries, removing trade barriers, recognition and specification of common and mutual standards and testing, trade prospects in Indian northeastern market were also discussed.
