Court orders to seize PK Halder’s land
DHAKA, Feb 25, 2021 (BSS) – A Dhaka court today ordered confiscation of around 59 acres of land of NRB Global Bank’s former Managing Director Proshanta Kumar Halder alias PK Halder and his associates concerned in a money laundering case.
Judge KM Emrul Kayesh of the Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge’s Court passed the order allowing a plea of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
Confirming the matter to BSS, ACC lawyer Mahmud Hossain Jahangir said the lands are located at Purbachal and Narayanganj areas.
