BNP hatching conspiracy after failing to wage movement: Shameem
MAGURA, Feb 16, 2021 (BSS) – Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem today said BNP is hatching different conspiracies against the country and its people after failing to raise any movement.
“But all BNP’s attempts will go futile as country’s people have already rejected them,” the deputy minister said these while he was addressing as the chief guest a rally at Langal Badh field of Sreepur Upazila in the district this afternoon.
Sreepur Upazila Awami League organized the rally with its President Abul Kalam Azad in the chair.
Member of Parliament of Magura-1 constituency Saifuzzaman Shikhor was the key speaker at the rally. It was addressed, among others, by Deputy Commissioner (DC) of the district Dr Ashraful Alam, Additional Superintendent of Police Hasan Al Mehedy, former General Secretary of Chattra League Mahfuzul Haider Chowdhury Roton, Sreepur Upazila Parishad Chairman Mia Mahmudul Gani Shahin, Upazila AL General Secretary Humayun Rashid Muhit, Sador UP Chairman Moshiur Rahman and Goyeshpur UP Chairman Abdul Halim Molla.
Shameem said BNP made different baseless statements regarding Corona vaccine, but now they are receiving vaccine secretly.
“Awami League is united under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. There is no point in making threats of movement to Awami League,” the deputy minster added.
AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem, earlier, visited different areas affected by erosion Gorai River at Sreepur Upazila.
