DHAKA, Feb 10, 2021 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today
expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Zainul Haque Sikder,
freedom fighter and chairman of Sikder Group as well as National Bank
Limited.
In a condolence message, the minister, who is now in India on an official
tour, said the contribution of Zainul towards the Liberation War, country’s
economy along with social services will be remembered forever.
Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, prayed for eternal peace
of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
