Hasan mourns death of Mainuddin Chowdhury
DHAKA, Jan 5, 2021 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud
today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Md Mainuddin
Chowdhury, elder brother of Chattogram City Corporation former mayor
late ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury.
In a condolence message, Hasan, also Awami League joint general
secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed
deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Mainuddin died at a hospital in the port city while undergoing
treatment at the age of 78.
