Thick fog likely over river basins
DHAKA, Dec 27, 2020 (BSS) – Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during midnight to Monday morning, according to a Met Office press release.
Weather may remain dry over the country and mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur division and the regions of Gopalgonj, Srimangal, Rajshahi, Ishurdi, Badalgachi, Jashore, Chuadanga and Kumarkhali and it may continue.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release said.
Country’s highest temperature was recorded today by 27.5 degree Celsius at Sitakunda and lowest by 7.8 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi.
