Labour Secretary Abdus Salam tests positive for Covid-19
DHAKA, Nov 16, 2020 (BSS) – KM Abdus Salam, secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, has tested positive for Covid-19.
Although he did not have any physical symptoms, he tested Covid-19 yesterday and the result was positive today and currently he is isolated at home, said a press release here.
Abdus Salam took the coronavirus test as he was feeling physically weak for the last two to three days, the release added.
The secretary requested the countrymen to pray for his quick recovery from the lethal disease.
