MYMENSINGH, Nov 11, 2020 (BSS) – The 48th founding anniversary of Jubo League, the youth wing of ruling Awami League, was observed in Mymensingh today with a call for building Sonar Bangla as dreamt by the Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
On the occasion, Jubo league district unit hoisted the National and Party flags on the premises of district office at Kalibari area of the city in the morning .
Later, floral wreaths were placed at the portrait of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and founder of Jubo league Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni by joint Convener of district jubo league Shah Shawkat Osman and other Jubo League leaders.
Marking its anniversary, Jubo league arranged a discussion at Tareque Smriti auditorium with Convener of City Jubo league Shahinur Rahman in the chair.
President of City Awami league Eahtashemul Alam , General Secretary of district AL Muazzem Hossen Babul, Jubo league leader AnwarJahan Sharif and Golam Mustafa and other jubo league attended the discussion.
The Speakers discussed the glorious contributions of the jubo league for establishing the rights of the mass people and materializing Bangabandhu’s dreams.
Later, a milad and doa mahfil was arranged at the party office seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of Bangabandhu and four national leader.
