DSCC mobile court evicts illegal establishments in city
DHAKA, Nov 3, 2020 (BSS) – A mobile court of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has conducted regular eviction drive in Bamail area of Postagola and Demra today to evict illegal establishments there.
DSCC Executive Magistrates Mohammad Kazi Faisal and AHM Irfan Uddin Ahmed jointly conducted the mobile court to evict illegal establishments from Postagola Rajbari under Zone 58 of Zone-10 to Doleshwar.
The court demolished 24 temporary installations at that time.
Meanwhile, as part of regular mosquito control operations, a mobile court was conducted in Bamail area of Demra in Ward 66 of the city.
The mobile court headed by DSCC Executive Magistrate Ferdous Wahid inspected 40 installations during the visit.
During the drive, the court found Aedes mosquito larvae in six installations and imposed a fine of Tk 9,600 as cash.
Besides, the owners of four other establishments were warned for finding the Aedes mosquito larvae.
