4 killed in construction site incident in Germany
FRANKFURT, Oct 16, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) – Four workers were killed and another injured after a concrete ceiling collapsed on a construction site in the Bavarian town of Denklingen on Friday morning, local authorities said.
The workers were busy with concrete casting work before the fatal fall along with the collapsing scaffolding, German media N-TV quoted a local police spokesperson as saying.
Rescue measures and an investigation into the cause of the incident are underway, the police said.
Denklingen is about 70 km southwest of Munich.
