DHAKA, Oct 5, 2020 (BSS) – The World Cerebral Palsy Day is going to be observed for the first time in the country tomorrow at the initiative of the Neuro-Developmental Disability Protection Trust (NDD Trust) of the Ministry of Social Welfare.
The theme of the Day is “I’m here too, I’ll speak about myself”.
To observe the day, NDD Trust has organised a discussion meeting where Social Welfare Minister Nuruzzaman Ahmed will attend as the chief guest.
State Minister for Social Welfare Ashraf Ali Khan and Social Welfare Secretary Mohammad Zainul Bari will be present as special guests with NDD Trust Chairman Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Rabbani in the chair.
Cerebral Palsy related articles and documentaries will be screened at the seminar.
The day will be celebrated with development partner- `Persons with Cerebral Palsy Foundation’.
