DHAKA, Sept 6, 2017 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places in Barisal, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places in Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country in 24 hours as of 9 am tomorrow.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met office release here today.
Country’s highest rainfall during the last 24 hours till 6am today was recorded 46 millimeters (mm) at Teknaf. Maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 36.6 degree Celsius at Jessore and today’s minimum temperature 25 degree Celsius at Badalgachi in Rajshahi division.
The sunsets at 6.12 pm today and sunrises at 5.42 am tomorrow in the capital city of Dhaka.
