Road accident kills motorbike rider in Nilphamari
NILPHAMARI, Sept 9, 2020 (BSS) – A motorbike rider was killed and another injured in a road accident in Sadar upazila here this noon.
The deceased was identified as Juel, 28, hailed from Jaldhaka municipality area.
Police said the accident occurred near Kachukata Bazar on the Nilphamari-Jaldhaka road at around 1:30 pm when Juel’s bike hit a roadside wall as he lost control over the bike.
Critically injured Juel was sent to Nilphamari General Hospital where the duty doctor declared him dead.
Officer-in-Charge of Nilphamari Sadar police station KM Ajmiruzzaman confirmed the matter.
