DHAKA, Aug 31, 2020 (BSS) – Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman Golam Mohammad Quader today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family, said a press release here.
The JP Chairman said, “The death of Pranab Mukherjee marked the end of a colorful political life in the subcontinent. He was a popular political figure with a very honest, idealistic and incomparable human quality in his personal life.”
GM Quader also said that the late Pranab Mukherjee had a deep affection for Bangladesh and the people of Bangladesh.
Jatiya Party Secretary General Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu has also expressed deep shock and grief over the death of Mukherjee.
