DHAKA, Aug 27, 2020 (BSS) – The government today extended closure of all educational institutions across the country till October 3 in a bid to contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
All educational institutions except Qwami Madrasas will remain closed till October 3, said press release.
A statement from the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education said, all government and private primary schools and kindergartens will also remain closed till October 3.
This decision has been taken to ensure the safety of the students, it added.
All educational institutions have been closed to prevent the spread of coronavirus since March 17.
