Sub-registrar offices earn Tk 690cr in revenue in July
DHAKA, Aug 18, 2020 (BSS) – Sub-registrar’s offices across the
country have earned Taka 689.66 crore in revenue in July, which is
Taka 160 crore higher than the earning in June.
“The sub-registrar offices had earned Taka 529.81 crore in the month
of June,” a law ministry release said.
Inspector general of Directorate of Registration through a letter
today informed the Law Division secretary that of all districts, Dhaka
district sub-registrar offices have earned the highest amounts in
revenue, Taka 175.95 crore.
“Chattogram district sub-registrar offices earned Taka 49.3 crore,
Narayanganj district 39.21 crore, Gazipur district 35.81 crore,
Comilla district 23.91 crore and Mymensingh district sub-registrar
offices have earned Taka 20.93 crore in revenue in the month of July,”
the press release said.
Meanwhile, a total of 2,71,657 deeds were registered in all the
sub-registrar offices across the country in July, whereas 2,47,780
deeds were registered in the month of June.
